A Nutritionist specialising in babies/children and refuelling Mum will be available on the third Thursday of every month at 9.30AM for an informal Q&A. Alice Carlisle will be available between the two sessions on the third Thursday of every month to answer all your questions on introducing solids, toddler snacks, refuelling Mum and how to deal with suspected allergies and food intolerances.

Early morning baby free sessions! North Steyne Join Buggy Bootcamp’s sister (non-baby) business, OzSquad, for a classic bootcamp without interruptions from bub. OzSquad sessions operate first thing Mon-Sat (times vary) and you can upgrade your membership to include one OzSquad per week for just $30 per month.
