Buggy Bootcamp – Where is it? When is it?
Buggy Bootcamp Mums & Bubs Fitness sessions run in the daytime every week day (sometimes twice!) for 60 minutes in Manly/Queenscliff and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7PM as per the timetable below. There are lots of different times to choose from, so as your baby’s routine changes (if indeed you have one!), there will always be a session that suits you both.
** Bubs come along to the daytime sessions, however the evening sessions are bub free zones! The yoga class is not a Mums and Bubs yoga session or a post-natal specific yoga – more simply an hour to yourself to stretch out in a quiet room!
Coffees on us!
Once a month Buggy Bootcamp shouts the coffees after the session for everyone to chat without being interrupted by burpees. However Jellyfish Manly, Ruby Lane and Harris Farm Manly are frequented regularly by members the rest of the month too!

Buggy Bootcamp Timetable
For all Aitken Reserve sessions, you will find Buggy Bootcamp at the Aitken Avenue entrance to the secluded waterside park. Free off street parking is available.
For all North Steyne sessions, you will find Buggy Bootcamp on the beachfront grass just North of Jellyfish Cafe and North Steyne Surf Club – come along and get ocean views and a sea breeze whilst you work-out. There is 4 hour beachfront parking with a Northern Beaches sticker, metered parking or two hour free parking on the surrounding streets.

Chat to Jenni Davies on the first Wednesday of every month at 9.30AM Jenni will be there to answer any questions about post-natal issues, general niggles or sports injury and can check any ab separation and give pelvic floor advice. No need to book in, just come along and have a chat. Jenni Davies at Beaches Pelvic Physio specialises in pelvic floor and pre/post-natal health. At Buggy Bootcamp, even if you ‘feel fine’, we recommend getting a full initial screening after giving birth so that you can exercise without worry or causing yourself any long term damage. A Nutritionist specialising in babies/children and refuelling Mum will be available on the second Thursday of every month at 9.30AM for an informal Q&A. Alice Carlisle will be available between the two sessions on the third Thursday of every month to answer all your questions on introducing solids, toddler snacks, refuelling Mum and how to deal with suspected allergies and food intolerances.

Early morning baby free sessions! North Steyne Join Buggy Bootcamp’s sister (non-baby) business, OzSquad, for a classic bootcamp without interruptions from bub. OzSquad sessions operate first thing Mon-Sat (times vary) and you can upgrade your membership to include one OzSquad per week for just $30 per month.
Monday night yoga at 7pm live on Zoom from the comfort of your own home. A Mum’s only session to complement your hard work at bootcamp with our resident yogi. Every Tuesday night at North Steyne - Trainer's Choice, so you never know what you are going to get! A bub free session for you to work up a sweat without any interruption - but all the exercises can still be modified for any post-natal concerns.

If it is raining at the start time of the session, head straight to Queenscliff Surf Club. If it isn’t actually raining yet, but looks pretty horrid outside, check your members Facebook group or call 0408 700765 if you are unsure where the session will be – we like to keep them in the usual outdoor spot whenever possible but will move them undercover if it definitely looks like rain.

Yoga – Every Monday at 7pm
On every Monday at 7pm. A Mum’s only session to complement your hard work at bootcamp with our resident yogi. Intended as an hour to yourself to de-stress, relax and stretch away any tensions away from the family!

Boxing
A boxing based session to fire up the brain and body. Burn fat, tone the upper body and bash away those blues! No experience necessary and all equipment is provided.

Cardio
A session with a little bit more of a cardio focus – don’t worry though you won’t just be running or doing high knees for 60 minutes, there will still be the usual range of exercises too!

Strength
A strength based work-out using a range of equipment and/or a multitude of body-weight exercises. Build those muscles for lifting bub and re-gain your pre-pregnancy core strength.
