Yoga comes to Buggy Bootcamp!
Every Saturday at 8.15am in Aitken Reserve
After a stressful, busy, probably sleep deprived week juggling bub, life, home and maybe a job too – come and zen out with us on a Saturday morning.
This session will complement the hard work you do at bootcamp and like our other sessions, will be different each week. It isn’t intended as Mums and bubs yoga or a post natal specific yoga class, but more of a way for you guys to de-stress and stretch out after a busy week leaving you feeling refreshed for the weekend.
Please note – we’d really like this class to be a session for all our Mums to have an hour to themselves. Sleeping bubs in prams are welcome to the session but whereas at bootcamp we just make it work if bub is crying or upset, at this class, if bub cries you will need to take them off for a little walk to avoid disturbing the zen of the class!
Members are all able to attend the class as part of their membership package. Once a week members can choose between yoga or bootcamp each week as they please and Unlimited members can go for their lives!
** Please bring your own mat or towel to the session (a couple of spares will be provided, first come first serve).
The class will be lead by Phoebe Collins, Phoebe likes to find the yin and yang in all areas in her life and this can be seen in her nurturing, grounding and energising flow yoga classes. Phoebe studied at The Yoga Institute and has been teaching in Melbourne and Queensland. Luckily for us, she is now based in the Northern Beaches and is continuing to share her love of yoga.
